Studio Greenheart ships throughout the United States. Each piece is carefully packed and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements of each order. Because many of our pieces are antique, fragile, and one-of-a-kind, all items are securely packaged and may require additional protective materials.

All parcels are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Studio Greenheart is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

All shipments should be opened and inspected within 3 days of delivery. Any claims for breakage, damage, or missing items must be reported within this period. Claims submitted after 3 days may not be accepted.

Studio Greenheart reserves the right to cancel any order.

Order Cancellations

Online orders may be cancelled only if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and the return policy will apply.

Customers are responsible for any payment processing, bank, or card fees associated with an order cancellation.

Returns

Because Studio Greenheart sells antique, vintage, and one-of-a-kind pieces, all returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be shipped back in their original condition and original secure packaging within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us and include your order number, name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS and insuring the return shipment. Studio Greenheart is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original product cost. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that are returned damaged, altered, incomplete, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
